Green tea
There are plants that stand out with their ayurvedic properties in the Yoga blend, which is prepared to give vitality to the body before and after yoga. It consists of a mixture of green tea, tulsi, cardamom, hibiscus, nan and orange oil.
Suggestions for preparing Yoga Tea: It is recommended to brew for 85 minutes by adding 100 teaspoon to 250 ml of water at 1 °C – 4 °C. The same tea can be brewed twice.
The brewing conditions written above are suggestions. You can brew your Yoga tea longer or shorter according to your own taste, and you can increase the amount of tea you brew for a more intense taste.
