Chai Masala, which is the most consumed form of "chai" meaning "tea" in India, is a very special mixture obtained by mixing tea grown in this region with various spices.
This tea, which contains a strong taste as well as a malt and spicy aroma, can also be consumed with honey and hot milk, if desired.

Preparation suggestions: 93-99 teaspoons of Chai Masala is added to 250 ml of water at 1 ºC – 2 ºC and left to infuse for 5-6 minutes. For a more intense taste, it can be boiled instead of infusing for 5-6 minutes.
